These mugs are crafted using professional sublimation printers and inks fused in a heat press to permanently place the image on the mug. This means the image will not peel away, fade or scratch off.

Note: Please be advised that we can only accept returns for orders with printing defects such as peeling or tearing, or those with quality issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders with incorrect sizing due to inaccurate selection (please ensure to choose the correct size carefully) or for orders with custom text if the text was not filled in correctly.
